MyBrandBrief ("we", "us") is operated by Helprspace. By purchasing or using MyBrandBrief, you agree to these Terms of Service.
MyBrandBrief generates a brand strategy and website blueprint based on the answers you submit through our questionnaire. The output is a strategic and creative recommendation, not a guarantee of business results, search rankings, or conversion rates.
Blueprint packages (Starter, Business, Pro) are one-time purchases billed at checkout. Any future subscription plans will be billed on a recurring basis and clearly disclosed before you subscribe.
If the blueprint you receive does not reflect the answers you submitted, contact us at hello@mybrandbrief.com within 14 days of purchase and we will correct it or issue a refund.
You retain full ownership of the business information you submit and the strategy and blueprint we generate for you. You're free to use it, share it with a designer, or publish it however you like.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to resell raw access to the questionnaire or generation engine without a white-label agreement with us.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
