MyBrandBrief sells one-time Blueprint packages (Starter, Business, Pro). This Refund Policy explains when you're eligible for a refund and how to request one. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if the brand strategy and website blueprint you receive does not reflect the answers you submitted in the questionnaire, or if a technical issue prevents you from accessing your output and we're unable to resolve it.
Email hello@mybrandbrief.com with the email address you purchased with and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, once approved, process refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
We don't offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind after reviewing a completed blueprint, or for dissatisfaction with strategic or creative choices that accurately reflect the answers you provided. If you're unsure your answers produced the right output, contact us first — we'll often correct or regenerate a blueprint rather than issue a refund.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and merchant of record for all purchases. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle and may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved faster this way. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
