When you create an account, contact us, or use MyBrandBrief, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, business details, and the answers you give in the questionnaire.
We use this information to generate your brand strategy and website blueprint, to send you account and product emails, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Your questionnaire answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your strategy and blueprint. This data is used solely to produce your output and is not used to train third-party models.
Account and brief data is stored securely in our database. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
We use minimal, functional cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We share data only with the service providers required to run MyBrandBrief — such as our hosting provider, our AI provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@mybrandbrief.com.
